Location was excellent- 2 mins walk from the main square, a few metres from the beachfront and shops- very central, clean rooms.. they upgraded our room for us also.
The only complaint I have is the breakfast.. the first day was buffet which was good, the rest of the days were served to us at our table, because apparently there were not enough people staying for them to prepare a warm breakfast, and all they brought out was coffee, bread, afew pastries and a couple of slices ham and cheese!

I was very impressed by this hotel, the staff was very kind and polite, and the hotel is the best choise for a couple. Everything in it would invite you to be romantic. The location is very good, in center, but near the sea. You could easily feel the smell of the sea. Also, it has a very low price for what it offers. If I go again to Thessaloniki, I would surely stay in this hotel.

This is a very regular 4 star hotel! 5 stars? they hardley have 4! The location is exellent in the very city center! Staff : they are very kind and they simply don't know why are there and what to do on this position! result : just usless
I asked for tooth paste! It's seams to me very normal to have a tooth paste in my "5 star" hotel room! They gaved me on produced in 2002 and with exp. date in 2005 ! where they found it I can't imagine it!

An excellent location minutes from Aristotle Square, on a charming street full of "Old Salonica flavor," close to the boardwalk. Hotel is nicely renovated but "old bones" still evident with much charm. Staff was superbly helpful. Room was spacious, clean, good basic amenities (including AC), with balconies overlooking streets. Hotel bar sprawled over into adjacent passageway and was perfect for drinks end of the day. Excellent mojitos, which did not expect to find here! Overall a great place, good value, and a top consideration for when you are in Thessaloniki for pleasure or business, or both.
One minor complaint, but this is true of so many hotels -- even very good ones -- in Greece/the Balkans. Everybody in this country smokes, it seems, and even though ours was a non-smoking room, still at night there is a faint but distinct odor of tobacco wafting through the rooms. Was not a major issue, but as somebody who finds tobacco "vile" this was a bit of a negative. But not enough not to consider this hotel again.

We are staying in this hotel with our 6 months old baby. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent service!
Despite the excellent service, there are still some minor discomforts. Althoug we booked a room with an "Atrium View", we got a "Street View" instead. Our room smells heavily of sigarette (all rooms smells of sigarette!!). Although Greece has banned smoking, the hotel still allows it. At night, the smell of sigarette from other room(s) travelled to our room through the air ventilation. Since we got a room with street view, opening the windows also means allowing the street noises inside.

We were really impressed by the nice and helpful staff and the cleanliness. The location is also perfect: right in the middle of the city but incredibly quiet at the same time. I will recommend this hotel to my friends for sure.
-
The professional manner in which the staff treated the guests, they made one feel that it was important to them to make your stay a special experience

Nothing worth to mention
kitsch decor, relatively small rooms, Mini bar empty. Hotel is mainly used as lovers place and bath equipment is actually for few hours use.
-
Comfortable double bed & matress
decor is supposed to be artistic, but aesthetic result is closer to kitsch. Though 5-star, hotel serves also as "few hours nest for homeless couples"
-
Very polite and helpful staff, cheap mini bar at the room, good location, five minutes on foot from Aristotelous square, sea view from the room's balcony.
Room soundproofing, poor quality room toiletries( shampoo etc)
-
The hotel position is very convenient and the reception was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is an old refurbished building, very noisy during night and the air-conditioning was not operating.
-
Good location, interesting decoration, friendly staff
-
Excellent location and friendly staff
This is definetely low value for money. Non-existent sound isolation, one could hear almost everything from the nearby rooms. The room with jacuzzi was clearly small for a 5star hotel and there were a number of small annoyances that should not occur at this level (room was not cleaned, one had to wait quite a bit for hot water and then it was only mildly warm, small bed that the toes would reach the edge of the matress...)

the hotel is at a very good location, in the center of Thessaloniki that's why i selected
there was not any parking even for 2 minutes (5 star hotel???) to take the baggage, no person to help, after 2 rounds i stopped in the middle of the road blocking the other cars behind while other drivers were shouting at me. Very noisy, during the night many people were walking in hotel's corridors, i did not understand why. Staff very inexperieced they wanted to help but the lack of organization was very obvious. Breakfast very poor. Staff so unexperienced and lack of rules i.e. for a 5 star hotel there was not any dresscode for hotel's personell, you could not understand who was staff, ladies were serving breakfast with ...... (i do not want to comment her dress but too bad) it

It was not clear at the Hotel information of your site that this hotel is strictly "romance" hotel for couples
